Mark’s skill set includes financial planning, accounting solutions, payroll, business and individual tax-planning strategies, tax compliance and preparation, tax problem resolution and audit representation services. Mark has owned and operated his independently owned Padgett office for over 18 years, and being part of this larger organization has always been attractive to him. The fact is no one has expertise in every area of business – so being able to draw on the wealth of knowledge and talent that Padgett comprises allows him to be more valuable to his clients and the community.  Theresa LadnerAccountantTheresa joined the firm in November of 2008. Theresa graduated from Grand Rapids Community College in 2010 with an Associate in Arts in Accounting. She has firsthand experience with a broad range of accounting and payroll services. She is Quickbooks and T-sheets certified and and is a knowledgeable resource for Quickbooks related questions. Theresa was born and raised in the Grand Rapids area. In her spare time she enjoys camping with husband and two children as well as fishing, reading, cooking and gardening.
